Timely, prompt, professional, personable and competent staff AND service. We were very pleased with the care, concern and industry they exhibited in repairing our broken sewage line. We would definitely hire Royalty Plumbing should we ever have plumbing needs in the future.

I am updating my review to reflect that the owner, Sasha, contacted me directly to discuss my concerns about the cost and pricing transparency. He explained the company's flat-rate model and was attentive to my feedback. I appreciate that the owner took the time to listen and address the issue directly. My initial frustration was with the lack of clear communication during the service call, but the owner's follow-up was excellent. I am raising my rating to acknowledge the owner's good work and responsive customer service after the fact.

Amazing customer service and quality of work. I needed a kitchen sick faucet repair/replacement fast as I had rental guests coming in a few hours at my AirBnB. This company went well beyond any expectation I had. They came within the hour, replaced my broken faucet quickly and the price was fair! Excellent job. I have them saved should I need any plumbing done in the future. I highly recommend them.

Service was incredible! We took possession of a house with an unexpected leak in the main bathroom and were put in a tough spot. Matt came in and was knowledgeable and communicative the entire time, even through the ups and downs of the project. He didn’t leave until the job was done and the issue was fixed. Peace of mind is exactly what we got and we couldn’t be more grateful. Will 100% recommend.

Jake went above and beyond to make sure the job was complete that day, even though it ended up taking much longer than anticipated and involved multiple other services in the area to complete. He coordinated it all with efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Sacha was down to earth, he was happy to explain his procedure to me, and he did a break down of potential fees (depending on the extent of work needed) before work even began, which I really appreciated. Same day service too.
