We purchased our patio slabs through Royale Stones and were extremely impressed with the customer service we received. Being able to visit the showroom and see them in person was very helpful whilst we were picking what slabs we would like. Once we had selected our slabs the process was quick and seamless and delivery was made promptly. It was also handy being able to purchase grout and primer at the same time as it meant we didn’t need to shop elsewhere.

Ordered am delivery, showed up at 16:40 so great start half a day wasted for the tiler, lorry pulls up half on kerb and as the pallet is lifted down, the lift obviously is going to hit the curb and tip up, that's exactly what happens, tiles fall off pallet all over the road. Only one driver dropping them off, so of course me and my bad back have to lift all these extremely heavy 80kg tile bundles back onto the pallet. He says you've got 72 hours to report breakages, until the 30 days most places in the UK for returns. A week later we discover 2 tiles broken but tiler uses them for cuts anyway so hard to complain but the principle is brought into question When we discover we're short 6 tiles (£70ish) which although 4 short is our fault it would only be 4 and not 6 and these 6 MUST be delivered at a cost of £80! Even though they are at a warehouse in lincoln (we live in Lincoln) 😑 Try to speak to manager as phone service is heavily accented and difficult to understand if they pick up at all (8 calls). Still waiting on the manager to get back. So yeah, difficult to recommend so far. Only reason not 1 star is the tiles we have are decent and the fella behind the desk in Lincoln showroom tried everything he could to help alleviate the situation alass there was little he could do because the system was too rigid and he was himself unable to contact the aftersales team as the departments are all separate it seems but he tried. Give him a raise, nice bloke.

Brilliant Company, brilliant staff and products. Went to the showroom and they were very accommodating in helping us find the right products at the right price. Place the order and it all went very well. A few tiles were broken which can happen in transit but they resolved it at the earliest. Highly recommend

Bought the dynasty ceramic tiles and are very impressed with the finish and final look. Dealing with this company was quick and easy, they even helped us out with levelling compound which was added to the delivery on the day. Highly recommend this company.

Purchased the Roca white tiles from Royale Stones. They originally sent me the wrong tiles which was a bit of a pain but luckily they quickly resolved this problem and got the correct tiles delivered in time for the landscaper to lay. Good customer service, love the tiles, would use again & recommend

Went to get some stones for my backyard the slabs were absolutely amazing and as good of a quality as any. The price was very reasonable and delivery was time. Highly recommend this company.

Shockingly bad - sent completely wrong sample which luckily I realised before ordering; sent 4 pallets knowing limited access at property (£60 surcharge) then left them dumped for a week in a third party yard and demanded I pay half of a further £600 to get them delivered! Had to pay someone else to collect goods; Kandla Grey Sandstone was very poor quality with brown stains and heavy rust spots and very inconsistent colouring (see photos!); the replacements they sent were even worse; spent 4 months trying to resolve issues and eventually had to threaten court just to get my £60 "delivery surcharge" (!!!) refunded but after 4 months of grief I have paid FULL PRICE thousands of pounds for the most abysmal service and below-average stones. Avoid! REPLY: Funny how RS can reply to a bad review in 40 minutes compared to 4 months of hassle dealing with them as a customer!! We have pallets delivered to us on a weekly basis without problems for our business, Royale Stones simply didn't want to take responsibility once they'd sent the pallets out... it should not be my job as a customer to waste 2 days finding and paying someone else to rescue (!) our goods when they 'd been paid to do it. And whilst there might be a degree of natural variation in sandstone, these were really poor and we only asked for replacements to finish the job (not the other 10-15sqm left over of broken, rusted and discoloured stone!!). And yet they are still happy to keep 100% of what I paid for this lousy service...

Unfortunately I ordered and paid for tiles that I was then told on the week of delivery that they were no longer in stock. I was gutted because my heart was set on the tiles and I had booked a day off work and booked in a landscaper to tile the water wall but I gracefully accepted their apology nonetheless. They offered me another tile at a higher cost as a substitute but when I asked if they would honour the price of the the tiles that were no longer in stock they declined and said they were unable to do a price match due to the manufacturer setting the prices (the difference worked out at roughly £15 - hardly bank breaking and would of been a nice gesture given the mess about!!) I replied saying this was disappointing especially given how much we have spent with this company in the past! I was ignored "due to illness" but as soon as I said I would be making a poor review they suddenly got in touch and were quick to do a price match! I have since found the tiles for considerably less and a more reasonable delivery cost of £30 rather than £50! I would shop about if your thinking of purchasing and I certainly wouldn't book in any tradesmen until you have the stock in your hands that they are happy to charge you for before checking if they have stock. My advice to the company would be, check your stock levels before advertising what you claim to have and charging people for it! I would also invest in more staff in the event that you are "unwell". I would also clarify your policies on price matching so your responses are consistent!

One of the best company in the UK and the product range is simply excellent. The experience was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. We recieved our tiles at the right time. They were very helpful with the entire order process. Cheers to Royale Stones and their incredible team for the great services and even better products.
