Royale Stones

I went to Royale Stones this morning to get a few kitchen floor tiles There’s a sign on the door saying press the bell once and they will come to do the door please give some time as Jay has a bad back. Jay opened the door and showed me inside. Jay is an absolute star, so helpful and friendly. Felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years. Jay, thank you for such great service. You’re a real credit to the company. I will be recommending Jay to everyone I know and I would highly recommend you come to Jay first when looking for tiles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marc

Overall the quality of natural indian stones was very good and it was easy items came early and on time would recommend them and use them again

What a great store and showroom! Such a helpful guy called Jay served us, and he couldn’t have been more honest and helpful. He took the time to talk us through all our options and show us examples etc. The showroom was a decent size with a huge array of outdoor porcelain tiles, which is what we were after. Couldn’t recommend this shop any more!

A second visit to buy indoor tiles for a conservatory floor. . The first trip bought exterior patio tiles. The externals are lovely looking and very robust. Well Well worth the 2 hour trip. . As before excellent, friendly, information and guidance from Jay the store manager.

Great experience working with Jay at the Watford Branch. Good knowledge, prompt service and all with a smile. Wanted to change the delivery date and sorted that very quickly with no extra charge. End result was great and now looking forward to Aperol Spritzers and barbecues as the summer approaches.

Ordered Kandla Grey porcelain tiles 900 x 600 x 20mm. So happy with the quality of them, they look amazing! Arrived 4 days earlier than expected which worked out well in the end. Only 1 small chip out of 40 tiles.

I’ve bought various tiles from Royale stones of the last 8 years and they’ve never let me down. Pricing is competitive and always swift delivery! Great for timely samples and Ash really helped me out at short notice for my last project. Such a great tile company and they have a customer for life :) 10/10

Just received a phone call from them, an hour after posting this review and contacting consumer rights.I have been waiting for their response for over 7 days! They said I need to remove my review in order to get help from them!! Otherwise I will be responsible for the collection charge! They were extremely rude and didn't want to help! Then they hanged up on me! I asked them to send a response to my email with the exact same demands they were having over the phone which will of course not happen. The most ridiculous company ever! Currently I on the phone with consumer rights to update them on the case and proceed with legal help. Total scam! Just got off the phone with consumer rights, raising a dispute. They sent us faulty chipped tiles with horrifying packaging or no packaging at all twice in a roll. Will disclose pictures if possible as a proof. Gave them the chance to rectify twice. Ended up receiving tiles in much worse state than the first ones, with rotten and wet packaging. Approached them again, asking to collect faulty tiles for a second time and refund us in full but no respond, total ignore. We haven't heard back from them at all. Forgot to mention how rude they were on the phone with us, totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!! We are unable to complete the works in our garden because of them. As I have mentioned we have taken this further and if they don’t cooperate and don’t pay us back in full we will have no choice but to explore legal routes.

I have visited the Royal stones at Watford showroom on 20th August 2025 with my family, I would like to take the opportunity to personally thank you for your best customer service Mr. Mani , who provides great support to choose the products and great showroom with very kind and delivered the best customer service to us . Mr Mani did not only satisfied of customer service, but He also converted to me as a loyal customer. Excellent services and dedicated to delivered outstanding services with amazing products.
