I will not be ordering from this company again. We bought 110 tiles (80x80), and they were left on the road outside our house instead of being placed on our driveway or porch, which would have been easily accessible. As a result, the tiles were exposed to rain, and the packaging became badly eroded. The tiles were stacked unevenly, causing weight imbalance, and several tiles on the bottom arrived broken or chipped. Because of this damage, we were left short of tiles and couldn’t finish one of our sitting rooms. When I contacted the company, they said the same tiles were out of stock, so we had to switch to a different design—doubling our costs instead of saving money. To make things worse, the tiles weren’t even from the same batch, and since the packaging was washed out, we couldn’t confirm the serial numbers. Adding insult to injury, the company later asked us to send photos for their advertising, despite knowing how disappointed we were. Overall, a very poor experience, and I cannot recommend them.

Great help from Aaron & Vishal when choosing our tiles. Great choice of outdoor tiles for us. We are delighted with the result. We were also able to return unopened boxes. Thanks guys.

Ordered outdoor porcelain and process was smooth. Loved the colour and quality. Got it delivered quickly in 3 days. Vishal was really helpful and gave discounts. Would recommend 100%.

I had an outstanding experience with Foremost – easily the best customer service I've ever received. A big thank you to Vishal for his exceptional support. He was incredibly helpful not only in helping us choose the right tiles but also provided excellent after-sales service. The quality of the tiles was excellent. Although the tiles looked slightly different upon delivery, once laid, they matched the images on the website perfectly. Delivery: We were informed about a delay in delivery due to a cyclone that had impacted the port. However, upon our request, Vishal promptly arranged for the immediate delivery of the available tiles and organized a second delivery for the remaining ones. Each delivery even included extra tiles beyond what we had ordered

Got tiles from Vishal and that looks amazing on floor. I did got 2 tiles broken and all the tiles were full wet with pallet broken but it was fine. Vishal gave me good price and it was very quick with delivery. Easy to deal.

Vishal was a pleasure to deal with. We adore our tiles and even after complications with the delivery service, Vishal made sure we had our tiles on time and even ensured we had extra just in case. Couldn’t recommend royale stone more for porcelain tiles.

The sales service of Royale is good. Last time, I entered a more than enough amount of tiles for my backyard , they were very patient to listen and make serval changes for me. They also arranged refund and provided all necessary information so that I was able to check with my bank. This time, I make another purchase for a very small project and the sales consultant demonstrates same patience and diligent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a delivery of a pallet and a half of limestone , and 13 slabs were broken .I was told to try and use the broken ones as off cuts , I was told I'd have the replacement at end of week . I rang the day before , then I was told "sorry" it will be Tuesday, the following week. In the mean time I'm paying a guy to stand around. I ring Monday before the delivery, and was told no , I have to collect them in my car and I'd be refunded for the 13 broken slabs approx 5sq mt . I go to pick them up , then I'm told no there not here , pic the up in the courier place !!! And I'm not getting refunded . JOKE OF A COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a great experience working with Royale Stones. They have one of the most unique selections of tiles available in their store. The best part was we could just look at the website and then go to the store to see something we have liked. Also, the owner of the store was lovely to work with. Highly recommend :)
