Royale Stones, Birmingham

Purchased some porcelain wall and floor tiles (Dome Nut) from Royale Stone in Birmingham. Really quality tiles and service. Excellent grade stock at competitive prices and delivered both times exactly as stated with no damaged items in any of the packs. We are pleased with the finished look and recommend Royale Stone for choice and quality and trustworthy service.

We ordered an extra 10% of slabs expecting a bit of damage to cover however when we had over 10 slabs come in various degraded states after spending £1600 all in, we were unhappy to say the least and had to alter our garden layout to compensate. After getting in touch in the short time frame given, we were offered a meagre 50% back on 2 slabs as they were the ones fully broken. The other 8 which couldn’t be used as off cuts as they were chipped in various locations, received no refund. After haggling, we had a refund of £40 on the 2 broken slabs… ridiculous customer service Edit- after being offered an additional £20 to change this review to a more positive one, I refused. Please take my experience of little to no customer service as a warning

Terrible experience from start to finish. The showroom staff didnt acknowledge us when visiting the showroom the first time, he was just in his office. The first delivery failed because the driver couldn’t deliver it safely, Royale Stones had overloaded nearly a ton of tiles on one small pallet, stacked dangerously. The driver advised it be returned to the depot to be re-stacked safely, so few days later when they re-attempted the delivery, we noticed that it was the same unsafe pallet they tried to re deliver. As a result, the entire pallet tipped over, smashing the tiles, damaging my parked car, and injuring my hand. After all that, the company showed no apology, took no responsibility, and didn’t care to resolve anything. When we re visited the showroom to find alternative tiles as our original choice of tiles were out of stock, the showroom staff was extremely unhelpful, he literally said “this is all above his pay grade and wanted us to just take the refund even though we were willing to give them a second chance. Shocking customer service and complete disregard for safety! avoid this company at all costs.

Fast delivery!! I wanted my bathroom tiles delivered quick so I talked to the customer support. They were helpful from start to end. Great store for all kind of tiles.

Martin was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He explained the different tile options and made recommendations based on the photos of my room. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thanks Martin.

Great showroom to see a wide range of tiles for patio, kitchen and bathrooms. Martin was very helpful and provided great customer service. Purchased multicolour slate and looking forward to completing the patio and enjoying the garden.

Avoid. I placed an order for almost 250 slabs and they sent me two completely different shades. My gardener started off tiling with the first opened pack only to find the second pack a completely different shade. When I called for a refund, they absolutely refused to take accountability for their error and refused refund or exchange. Terrible customer service

Did some research and found them in Birmingham. Amazing line of products, especially outdoor tiles. The staff was helpful as well.

Excellent service and quality products. Visited the showroom where they had a great range to choose from. Ordered floor and wall tiles for 2 of our bathrooms, delivered on time and look amazing!! Highly recommended.
