Royal Stone Landscape Construction

I hired Wadson at Royal Stone to fix the stairs on the front of my house. The top step was loose and some of the mortar was crumbling. I was concerned because the loose top step also had the railing post set into it. The railing is a bit old and I was concerned that when they lifted the step out, the railing might break. Watson listened to my concerns and assured me that they would take care not to break it. Otilia set up a date for the work to be done within a week. She was organized and friendly. Wadson and one of his crew were on time on the date that the work was scheduled. Wadson explained to his crew member what needed to be done and left him to do the work. The work took about six hours and was done the same day. They did a great job and were able to reset the top step without breaking the railing. It looks like brand new and I'm so pleased with how it turn out.

I have used Royal Stone Landscape, Brighton for the past two years. They built 2 Cement Block Flower Planters, a pad for BBQ grills, a 2' retaining wall and replaced a 20' sidewalk. Their pricing is competitive, they pay attention to detail in their work. There is quality in their workmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when the job was finished. They are very hard working. I will continue to use them for my masonry and hardscaping projects.

Wadson and his crew were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish: professional, punctual, friendly, and very good craftsmen. We had a very tricky job, with complex grades and drainage, repairs to existing masonry retaining walls and tying into another contractor's ongoing work, and Royal Stone did a great job helping us figure out the best way to proceed and coordinating with our other contractor. They provided a detailed and fair estimate and professional contract and insurance certificates, showed up when they said they were going to with very professional crews, and communicated throughout very well. They worked with us to help us chose the materials and details we wanted, and were willing to make changes to the original plan as we worked through the details of grading and drainage, and covered everything they did within the original quote. They did beautiful work, and we are very pleased with the result. We will use them again for any masonry or landscaping work we need, and would recommend them very highly to anyone needing masonry work of any kind.

Excellent work on installing new stone and granite steps. Their crew needed to coordinate with another contractor that was doing the posts and railings and everything went very smoothly. Wadson and his crew just finished a new, bluestone front walk. He is a lovely person to work with, takes great pride in his work, is totally flexible and thorough, and very responsive.
