Derek and his crew did an amazing job taking down three trees on our property! They were on time, very professional, and conscientious in their work. Very hard workers, and well synchronized in who does what, to make things go smoothly. They made sure safety was important, and still worked quickly to get everything done and cleaned up! I highly recommend Royal Oak Tree Service for any and all tree needs! We will definitely use them again!

Derek and his crew did an excellent job removing two large Oak trees dangerously close to the house. The team were friendly and professional, all clean up done, stump grinding impressive, removing all debris, highly recommend this company.

5 out of 5 🌟. Very prompt and professional service. I didn't have to be at home for the estimate, they laid out the plans for their services, and sent me a quote for the work order. My only obligation was to have my under ground utilities marked so they wouldn't damage the lines. Was given a quote on a Friday, and Wednesday they were at work on my trees. Again,I didn't have to be at home. Once the job was completed they sent me pictures of the completed work and took my payment online. Easy-peasy lemon-squeeze. Family owned and locally operated, gave me a fair quote on the work to be involved and very impressed and highly satisfied with their service. Will use again in the future.

Derek and his crew are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment they arrive to the second they pull away, they’re fast, safe, and unbelievably efficient. I’ve never seen a team of guys (and gals) work with such seamless coordination and enthusiasm. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anything and everything tree‑related!

This crew is the absolute BEST OF THE BEST! Derek and his crew were professional, polite, on time, safety conscious & showed the utmost care and respect for our home & property. Even during his estimate, Derek, the owner and trained arborist, answered every question asked and didnt hesitate to show his insurance coverage. He was very knowledgeable and honest and didnt try and *pad* his estimate. We had several estimates of trees that needed to come down ASAP, one being an extremely tall water oak between our home and the neighbors. Derek eased our concerns and was the one person we felt most confident in, and his expertise and experience shined through! They were able to take down that tree plus two more, taking away every branch & limb. We couldn't be happier! They were very considerate, friendly and they left our yard impeccable! We're extremely pleased with Royal Oak! We needed to have our large oak tree limbed up to 14' per association rules. Derek was highly responsive in getting the free estimate set up right away. Paul came out and discussed in detail what they would be doing. He and his team were very careful and precise in making sure it conformed to neighborhood rules without overly pruning the tree to maintain its beauty and lush shade cover. In addition, he did it for a very fair price and got the work done quickly and when promised. We also appreciated the photos Derek sent after completion, because we were not able to be present when they were doing the work. We highly recommend this company!

The whole team was so amazing and professional and did a fantastic job trimming my 3 palm trees. There were so many dead pieces and giant seed clusters falling all over my yard and wasps nest and they knocked it all out in less than an hour. They did an amazing job cleaning up and my yard looks amazing now!!! Derek was amazing to work with and had great communication and the price was unbeatable. I called 10 other companies and these guys were the best deal and worth every penny!!!

I researched Royal Oak and they were at the top of the list. By faith they peppered our neighborhood with flyers. I reached out - they scheduled a visit to quote. Communicated along the way , showed up on time. I Agreed to a quote in minutes. Derrick was great , trustworthy and clear on charges. Scheduled the removal of the tree - couldn’t have gone better. Every step along the way with multiple touch points leading to the day of removal. Couldn’t believe how they cleaned up. I thought I was going to have to clean up - nope. Honest, dependable, methodical, detailed, and above all talented. The owner/ arborist has amazing communication skills and super knowledgeable. The salesman / arborist is also an artist. He explained about the drip line on each tree, what the different branches and the species are. He explained exactly what his plan was and did exactly that. I couldn’t be happier. I was so happy in fact, I gave them $140 tip, although, I am not really stacking monies like that. I felt compelled to do it because they were that good. The whole crew deserved a beer on me. Thanks Royal Oak tree service for being a model business here in Jacksonville. Amazing!
