Royal Oak Event Center

Me and my husband had our wedding and ceremony at the Royal Oaks Event center. We were one of their first outdoor ceremonies, and they helped to make the day very special and remarkable. They worked to send us layouts of what the inside and outside would look like for the day of. I loved how helpful they were throughout the planning process, and how accommodating they were by letting us set up the indoor part earlier in the week. Looking back, I loved everything about our venue and ceremony. If I were to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing!

We got ready and had our wedding reception/dance here at Royal Oak Event Center! They were amazing to work with and the place is beautiful! The men have a game room to get ready in and the women have a beautiful set up to get ready and take photos in! They also have a kitchen area with a sink and fridge to store food and drinks. There’s a nice set up for your makeup artist and hairdressers also. They are very informative and got back to us quickly if we had any questions! 10 out of 10 recommend Royal Oak!

Jennifer and her team were great to work with. The new updates to the space, make it a perfect venue for a Wedding. As a photographer, this location provided enough space to be able to capture all aspects of the wedding Ceremony, Reception and Dance without it feeling over crowded. I can't wait to shoot my next wedding there.

Lovely and clean venue with excellent staff. Jee Ah made our weekend a dream and was so easy to communicate with before and during the event. Such a great place with everything you need! Highly recommend :)

We had our B the Light gala for 400 guests here in October. Jennifer and her team were great to work with. The space has been updated and is very modern and beautiful. Wi-Fi had been an issue in the past and can now accommodate large parties. Highly recommend this for your next event!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding reception at Royal Oak Event Center! Elizabeth and the staff were so helpful, responsive, and made the wedding preparation experience so easy! Our day was so perfect - they helped us throw the best wedding party EVER! :)

We recently hosted our Daughter and Son in-law’s wedding reception at Royal Oaks. Through out the planning process their management’s communication and efforts were amazing, allowing us to plan the day they dreamed of. We had an absolutely wonderful day, from using the gorgeous spaces to get ready until the party came to an end. We have had nothing but wonderful comments about the space, service, food, bar services- literally everything. I was repeatedly told that once people were in the space, they could not believe they were in New Ulm and that it met and exceeded the standards of event spaces in much larger cities. Thank you for working with us to make the day incredible!

We had a wonderful experience hosting our annual gala at Royal Oak. The staff is very accomodating and the venue is great!

I have attended Galas, concerts and Weddings at the Royal Oak Center and always had a great experience. My daughter’s wedding was here and it was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and the management and staff were great. If you haven’t attended an event or concert here you should!
