We purchased a couch from this store, which was delivered 4-5 weeks later due to the desired color not being in stock at the time. Our sales associate, Cigdem, was very kind and lovely. We're pleased with the quality of the couch and found the store to be friendly with nice items. The delivery guys were quick to assemble our couch and were out in no time. We plan to visit again.

I recently bought a set of sofas from Thornhill location and Reyhaan helped us to get the desired color and style she was professional and gave us a smooth experience with the purchase process. Nikki was great to us. There was a walnut table we bought from there and she really worked with us around our unorganized schedule. She even stayed late unboxing day, didn't even mention that she was only waiting on us. Really went above and beyond, really great customer service, nice furniture. Definitely recommend.
