I recently bought a set of sofas from Thornhill location and Reyhaan helped us to get the desired color and style she was professional and gave us a smooth experience with the purchase process. The delivery was on-time with no issue as well. Overall great experience . I will write a review one year after using the furniture about the product quality.

We purchased a couch from this store, which was delivered 4-5 weeks later due to the desired color not being in stock at the time. Our sales associate, Cigdem, was very kind and lovely. We're pleased with the quality of the couch and found the store to be friendly with nice items. The delivery guys were quick to assemble our couch and were out in no time. We plan to visit again.

Nikki in Mississauga was the perfect sales rep - knowledgeable, helpful, gave us our space, and even stayed after hours to make sure we got the best service and deals. Wonderful selection of couches and chairs, with a great splash of tables, rugs, and more. They wrapped and stored our stuff next day, and have shipping / assembly on site up to months in advance. (We don't have the goods in our home yet, but exceptional all around thus far.)

I visited the Royal Life furniture store Mississauga Dundas location for the first time today to buy my daughter’s bedroom furniture. They have amazing furniture and the quality is superb. Working with Nikki was fantastic. Nikki provided the right assistance and helped finalizing the items we were looking for. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for quality furniture to visit their store and see their collection.

Customer service is awesome. Special mentioned for Nikki, who made the transaction so straight forward and easy for a customer like us. Available and faster shipping was recommended as well. She’s very well-versed in the business in our opinion and clearly understands the needs of the clients as she laid down all options and suggestions to fit in our budget requirement, home size and with pet cats like our family. We’ll do refer the company to some friends and relatives around.
