As I purchased gold in a larger amount, I was given a great deal with a good discount, which made my experience even more satisfying. About four months ago, I had also bought bangles from this shop, and at that time they had a special offer with no making charges on certain jewellery. That helped me save a good amount as well. The staff here has a very warm and welcoming nature, making you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. What impressed me the most is that the owner, Mr. Ashok, personally takes the time to understand and cater to the specific needs of his customers, which shows their genuine dedication. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for both the quality of jewellery and the outstanding customer service. They also gave me a free gift everytime I make a purchase here which is a cherry on the cake.

Tanuja was wonderful to deal with! She helped me choose the perfect bangle. She was patient and was lovely to talk to. The store is definitely on the pricier side — you’ll pay more than elsewhere — but the variety of designs and great customer service set it apart. I visited many other shops, but the enthusiasm from staff was lacking and the design I wanted wasn’t available elsewhere. It’s true you’ll get better prices in India or Dubai, but if you’re in Canada and want to buy locally, I definitely recommend this place.
