One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Curtains were supposed to be cleaned and they came back with long brown stains. Although I excused this, what I didn't expect was the lack of punctuality and constant lies about rectifying three mistakes they made without even asking my permission. They put the wrong design buttons on 6 of my dining chairs which they said they would rectify and it has been more than 3 months now and they keep saying they would come but they never do. They installed a track for my curtain and it was damaged, sent pictures of this, said they would come but now 3 months no sign of them. Said they would polish the legs of the chairs they would refurbish but they never did that. I paid full amount in trust but they never keep their word. Very frustrating and disappointing. If anyone reading this does work with them, don't pay them in full unless they do all the jobs and complete it coz once they are gone, they will never come back to fix anything.

The worst service I have ever experienced! I waited 3 months for my curtains. I had to write to them every single day – every day! They don’t respond, they lie straight to your face. After such a long wait, they still didn’t bring everything, and I’m still waiting for my product. They drilled the wrong holes in my ceiling, and I’m still waiting for them to cover it up. I keep writing to them, but sometimes they don’t reply at all, or they say they will come tomorrow – and then they don’t show up!!! Stay away from such liars!!!

Delays upon delays. Not punctual. Will take a deposit in advance and then delay the installation. Will give you a day and time, will not turn up on that day and then reschedule, then further make you wait hours on the day they finally come.
