Wow where do I begin. Mr. Felix and Mr. Luis was the ultimate best drivers ever. First I worked with someone to set me up on a great deal for my trip from Chicago to Lafayette, LA. Then I worked with Ms. Nicole to make payments toward my trip. She was amazing as well. Now back to our trip, this huge bus pulled up and I was like oh Wow this is not what I was expecting. I spoke with Mr. Richard who said surprise I sent a bigger and better fleet. I was so overwhelmed and thankful. Mr. Felix and Mr. Luis got us on down those highways and roads. They each were patient, professional and on time to each event. Even took us to grab food twice without no complaints. I am so going to use this company again and I want to work with the same individuals again and again.... 🥰 I can't shout out Mr. Felix and Mr. Luis enough they're amazing.....😍😍😍😍😍 Oh, Mr Richard was on call and spoke with him several times. He made sure we were being taken care of and we definitely were🥰 He was very professional as well. 💕💕💕💕💕

Our driver Miguel was professional, friendly, and on time. The vehicle exceeded our expectations. It was clean and fun. Booking was easy. I appreciate the text reminders from the company, it kept us informed about the status of our ride. I look forward to our return trip home. As a first time customer, I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

The level of service was extraordinary! Five stars isn’t enough. Our driver, Owais was incredible. He went way way above and beyond to make our experience as amazing as it was. He was an absolute pleasure and treated us like we were his family. He picked us up at the United Center, after the Blackhawks game. As chaotic as the traffic was, Owais was calm and incredibly skilled, making it a very enjoyable ride. We will use this service again.

Royal Carriage saves the day! I can't tell you how impressed I was with the level of service and communication I received from this company! I was traveling with family and friends with kids so it's already stressful. Well add on 3 hour flight delay and then a 2 hour wait on the tarmac at Ohare and we showed up in the limo bus at 3:30 am instead of 10:30pm the night before. They handled it so well and that was the only part of our trip home that wasn't a nightmare! I highly recommend and will be using frequently!

I had a great pick up from the airport. The driver was courteous and arrived in a vehicle large enough to accommodate our five person party, as well as our luggage. However, our return trip wasn't as smooth. While the driver was lovely, he arrived in a sprinter with no seatbelts. I'd noted in my reservation that 2 of the passengers were children. The driver arrived late, which I understood due to the weather and my flight was delayed anyway, but that left me no time to call and request another vehicle.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Royal Carriage Limousine for airport transportation or Sprinter van service. I reserved a Jet Sprinter limo for a 10:00 AM pickup on March 6, 2026 to transport 12 passengers with 12 pieces of luggage to the airport. I even called 24 hours in advance to confirm the reservation, and the company assured me everything was set. On the morning of the pickup, at 9:56 AM, I received a message saying the Jet Sprinter was running behind schedule. Shortly after, I was told they sent two SUVs instead without my approval, which could not accommodate our group or luggage. I was later informed the Jet Sprinter went to another pickup, leaving us stranded. Because of their error, I had to quickly book another transportation company to avoid missing our flight. The worst part is that the service was never provided, yet the company refused to issue a refund. This was extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this limo service to anyone needing reliable transportation.

Wow! This company is fantastic. Beautiful cars, lovely drivers, and the most amazing customer service. They last minute scheduled and picked me up from Midway in the middle of the night when there was insane thanksgiving weekend traffic. Got me home fast and comfortably. I will absolutely be using them again.

Mr. Holiday was the most pleasant man to talk to during a very high-stress situation with the ice storm in Mississippi . He picked our daughter up directly from her dorm and safely drove her to the airport during these stressful conditions. His communication was amazing and gave us so much peace of mind.
