The level of service was extraordinary! Five stars isn’t enough. Our driver, Owais was incredible. He went way way above and beyond to make our experience as amazing as it was. He was an absolute pleasure and treated us like we were his family. He picked us up at the United Center, after the Blackhawks game. As chaotic as the traffic was, Owais was calm and incredibly skilled, making it a very enjoyable ride. We will use this service again.

Our driver Miguel was professional, friendly, and on time. The vehicle exceeded our expectations. It was clean and fun. Booking was easy. I appreciate the text reminders from the company, it kept us informed about the status of our ride. I look forward to our return trip home. As a first time customer, I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

We had a total of 14 people (mix of adults and kids) on the bus. The driver arrived on-time and was very welcoming and polite. The driver also showed us where the music, temperature and drinks were located on the bus. We were able to easily coordinate with her any changes to the trip (which she had no problem with). Overall, the ride was a safe, fun and a comfortable experience.

I had a great pick up from the airport. The driver was courteous and arrived in a vehicle large enough to accommodate our five person party, as well as our luggage. However, our return trip wasn't as smooth. While the driver was lovely, he arrived in a sprinter with no seatbelts. I'd noted in my reservation that 2 of the passengers were children. The driver arrived late, which I understood due to the weather and my flight was delayed anyway, but that left me no time to call and request another vehicle.

I'm so happy I choose this service...... pick up going airport was a small hiccup due to the change in cancelations with airlines but the driver got us there quick and safely. Pick-up for the ride home was a blast. Prompt, orderly, PROFESSIONAL..... very nice vans. I will definitely use that service again and I will recommend them to others. THANK YOU, THANK YOU because I was traveling with seniors and one of them being my Mom...... 5 stars

Phenomenal experience with this Royal Carriage Limo. My driver Juan was there wherever needed for a whole fantastistc night out. The ride was comfortable. Bluetooth speakers were great. No complaints whatsoever! 5 stars

Wow! This company is fantastic. Beautiful cars, lovely drivers, and the most amazing customer service. They last minute scheduled and picked me up from Midway in the middle of the night when there was insane thanksgiving weekend traffic. Got me home fast and comfortably. I will absolutely be using them again.
