📍🛑👀Stop looking at other places, this is the Place For You‼️ If you are looking for a great body shop, you found it, don’t look anywhere else… I will tell you why: When we had our last winter freeze in January my husband had a sliding accident (thankfully no other car was involved & there was no property damage, but his car definitely ended up severely damaged!) my husband was not feeling well on top of that so it was up to me to find a place, I always read reviews before I do business with any business! I found this place & liked the reviews so I called Josh & he was very helpful (this took lots of stress off my shoulders) he even asked me if I needed the car towed to his shop. My husband’s car was drivable so we took the car to his shop that same day, we liked the price he gave us & left the car with him… within a week the car was finished & we were extremely happy with the work done! 👌🤩 10 out of 10 🌟’s, I know the highest on reviews is 5 stars, but if I could rate 10 stars I would so I am doing it here! It’s hard to find Trustworthy businesses and this one certainly is one that is Trustworthy! Josh & his Father John run the shop, they do a great job & whenever I come across people who need any auto body work done, I am sending them his way… You will not regret coming here & you will be HAPPY with the work done! My wish is that this shop be filled with many blessings b/c of their honesty & great work done, sending many blessings their way!!!! I highly recommend, Don’t Delay call them… they are Great priced & this is the only auto body shop I will go to in the future if I ever need to again. Royal Autobody is top tier! Awesome people, a great team, and truly quality repair work. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour with a minor trim reattachment. They were super quick, gave me an estimate, told me they could fix it now and they did. I heard the interactions with other customers and the front desk woman was so polite and kind. I would highly recommend this body shop. I have never left a tip for automobile work...but I did today. It's just so nice to deal with kind people that it makes you want to pay more money. 🤣Family owned and in my short interaction...super professional!

Update - Royal auto body reached out after seeing my review and they have made things right with me. I’m happy they did the right thing. OG post- The body work they did looks good, and they were extremely helpful but pretty aggressive in requesting a review. Once my review was given (I gave them 5 stars on yelp initially) things changed. When I drove off their lot I noticed my check engine light was on and the temperature was stuck at 68 degrees (even during the freeze) these things were not issues 3 or so weeks prior when I dropped the car off. I called them and brought it back and they messed with some things and I drove off and the light was off and the temperature had changed from the 68 degrees.... But the next time I started the car both issues were back. I also noticed my wiper fluid was low so I refilled it.... But by evening it was completely empty again. Joshua said he would look at it again, I went out of town and left my car with them again. When I got back they told me they couldn't do anything for me because the issues were under the hood and they did the body work on the back of the car so it wasn't on them.... Well I brought the car to a place for an oil change and had them check out the other issues... and they found what appears to be a rodents home under the hood and chewed up wires and such causing all the issues. I wrote an email to the shop because my car is typically parked in my garage and we have no evidence of rodents at my home. It was in the possession of Royal auto body for over 3 weeks, and when I first went in to drop the car off I noticed some cats, which I inquired about and they told me they have 5 to help combat their known rodent problem..... and that the cats aren't very good at their job as one ran from a rat in the garage. So now I have a car with all sorts of issues due to the rodent issue at their shop and no one has responded. I was a repeat customer, but as of now, nope. They need to make this right. It just cost me almost $600 to repair the rat damage so I can pass the state inspection and have a safe vehicle to drive.

I had an excellent experience with John at Royal Auto Body Shop-Plano. After my Tesla Y was involved in an accident, I took it in for repairs, and John made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This place is absolutely wonderful! I was so impressed with the service I received—the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Isaac helped assess the damage on my car and provided a professional, detailed explanation of the repair options. I truly appreciated how informative and sweet the staff was. I went to almost 15 Autobody shops to get a few quotes but I ended up choosing this place because of it's environment and reviews! Highly recommended!!

Hands down one of the best auto body shop in DFW area. Covers all Tesla models for very affordable price! Love the magic work they’ve done on my model Y.
