When I arrived, my anxiety felt heavy in my body. Roxanne’s calm presence and gentle guidance helped me settle in almost immediately. She created a space that felt genuinely safe and peaceful, and that made it so much easier for me to let go and breathe again. As the meditation continued, the usual busy noise in my mind gradually softened until it became quiet, and my chest felt lighter than it has in a long time. I walked out feeling calm, grounded, and surprisingly uplifted — and that feeling stayed with me long after the session. I’m truly grateful for Roxanne’s care and the grounding she offered.
