I used this service for my transfer from Pula Airport to Rovinj on the 9th July and for the return transfer on the 16th July. Booking the car was seamless. I used WhatsApp to book the car the day before flying to Pula, from the UK, and received a confirmation reply within a few minutes. No need to pay upfront. I paid by credit card in the car. On both journeys the driver was already there waiting for me. The cars are very modern and comfortable, with air con. The drivers were very polite and helpful. The cost of the journey was in the low part of the range compared to other companies that I enquired, making it good value for money. Overall, I only have praises for this service and would definitely recommend it.

Very good service. All drivers are professionals. Also have lady-drivers. We were in Rovinj two weeks and used this taxi service only for travels to Pula.

Great driver, very kind, picked us up very early and on time, much appreciated him. Driver made a mistake with charging us and the owner was rather unprofessional even after I explained I’d look into the charge on my credit card and pay the difference as soon as I got home. So, I would never do business with them again as she was highly unprofessional and threatened to garnish his wages for the mistake if I didn’t pay. She called five times in an afternoon and sent numerous texts, despite the fact I agreed to pay, unprofessional for no reason. This really happened and I have the texts to prove it. Google keeps removing this review.

I have used Rovinj taxi and transfers by Marin few times. Every time professional and reliable. Tihana is super nice, cars are clean and driving excellent. Will definitely use this taxi service again!
