I had a door salesman come over 6/8/21 to sell me on my new home build to get pest control done. I did notice some small things here and there and a few spider webs already accumulating outside. The price seemed reasonable as they had a deal going on and their service was 4 times a year.
On 6/9/21 was the service date. I signed up the day before and requested the inside be treated as well. I understand that it was short notice, that I would not be given a time frame, however I called the office and they advised me that my neighbor was to be treated between 2-4 so my home would be before or after that time slot. I went out to buy a few things and was back before 2 however service was apparently already done for me and I did not see him anywhere in our street.
I instantly checked a few places where there was webs previously, they where all still there. I was more than disappointed as the email I received stated that they swept for web.
I called in to cancel my service as I was not pleased. I wanted the inside done and the service was not satisfactory. The account manager was nice and offered to send someone out there to finish the job even if I canceled however I declined as I will be taking care of it myself or hiring someone else to do it.
The service was subpar, the customer service was good enough which is why they get 2 stars.
6/13/21 Edit: I am a little late however I was called on 6/11/21 from some one with the company attempting to come up with a resolution. Again I refused a tech to come back out as I had already cancelled service and have prepared to fix it myself, however the lady was very nice and was willing to work with me. In the end I didn't want anything else done from the company but I am changing my review to 3 stars as they do attempt to make things right.
