Route 57 - WAV vehicles

ROUTE57 Bought a WAV off this family run business. Never had one before so didn’t know what to expect. Ian was really helpful and didn’t mind the phone calls and constant questions. He gave me lots of sound advice which I was grateful for. A genuine company that puts its customers first. Would recommend them to anybody.

What luck we had in finding this Company. I live in Scotland and found my dream car, whilst on holiday in Spain. Spoke with Ian who could not have been more helpful and it was a Sunday when I rang. No pressure whatsoever. Prior to buying my WAV I would never have considered buying from a distance. However, this kind, funny and knowledgeable man, made the decision easy for me. I needed a further adaption which was no problem whatsoever for this Company, Ian and Kerry sourced the adaptation, kept me informed at all times, fully transparent on cost etc and nothing was too much trouble for them. I saw my car on Thursday and it was perfect, fully serviced, great specification everything as described, with my adaption beautifully installed. This lovely family Company go above and beyond to exceed your expectations, ensuring you get the right vehicle for your needs at the right price. They saved me money on mine, by telling me exactly what I was entitled too, none of this information was advised by other Dealerships! Absolutely first class. I am so happy with my new car, which I picked up last week and drove home to Scotland. When the time comes to trade it in, I'll be back!

We purchased a WAV through Ian and the team in May 2025. Ian and the team were very helpful. They have an extensive range of WAV vehicles, these are very competitively priced compared to Allied etc. We were able to choose without any pressure. The whole vehicle purchase was smooth and as easy as it could be. I have no hesitation in recommending Route 57 WAV Vehicles, and will almost certainly look for our replacement there when time comes to move our current vehicle on.

Bought a one year old WAV with 1108 miles on the clock. Wrong battery fitted with dead cell, battery bracket broken, first service not done, recall not done, faulty rear door and ramp, control unit for rear door and ramp faulty, exhaust brackets broken, fittings for hydraulic adaptions hanging off etc. They do not honour the warranty, they do not repay for faulty parts. DO NOT GO THERE BE WARNED

I can’t fault these guys. Great correspondence. I was desperate to get a WAV for my daughter and I couldn’t drive due to mobility issues. They delivered the car to my door and mechanically it has been running good for almost a year now 🤞🏽

This was the first time I'd had to buy a WAV and I went to Route 57 because they were local and, perhaps most importantly, experts in their field. I expected a hard sell and was pleasantly surprised when it didn't happen, instead, I was freely given information to help me make the right decision in my own time: from their perspective, there was no rush. Because of the outstanding treatment I received, I eventually purchased a vehicle from Route 57 that met our WAV and financial targets. The level of service from everyone at Route 57 was outstanding and for the future, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
