We would recommend this store to everyone. Great in store service, helpful but not at all pushy. Great communication as our furniture order arrived to the store. Delivery was on time. They called before they came. The delivery guys were careful yet efficient, friendly and as excited about our purchase as we were. Furniture is solid and well made. We are so happy with our whole experience.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible! We love this place!! The furniture is top quality unique pieces. There is always something new every time we visit. Erik is great to work with. I highly recommend!!

What a great place to visit and dream about future projects: woodcrafts such as small tables, actual purchases, and decorating for others as I do sometimes. The rugs were $175 on up. At times I have found it tough to find just the right rug. Glad I saw they have so many. Missed this last time I searched furniture stores in Minoqua cause it is a little further south.

This store has very, very nice things. But I do feel that they are a little pricey. All of the barn lumber furniture is beautiful, and it is hard to find anywhere, so this is the place to go if you are looking for that. But as for some of the other furniture, I have found the same brands at other locations at a better price.

My experience with Roughing It was nothing less than excellent. I contacted Roughing It looking for a specific furniture manufacturer, of a sofa, which they are a retailer. I was lucky enough to be connected with Jenni, she was wonderful, she handled all my questions (manufacturer reputation, quality, etc..) professionally and offered guidance in my choice of sofa. I was kept updated on estimated delivery time during lead time of the sofa purchased. Delivery was great, I was surprised that Roughing It delivered to my area (Keweenaw peninsula Michigan). The two gentleman (Jesse and apologies I can't remember the second gentleman's name) were awesome. These two gentleman were professional and really took care, we had a not so uncommon heavy spring snow and they were worried about tracking snow in, which wasn't a worry as it's da UP, ya know, eh. I cannot be happier with the sofa, and beyond satisfied with the good folks at Roughing It I had the pleasure of working with.

We recently purchased a cabin and furnished it all from Roughing It. The selection is amazing and all of their product is very high quality, especially the beautiful wood cabinetry, tables and other furniture. Their design service is such a great benefit. I would have been lost without Laura's help! She helped me every step of the way and made the whole process less overwhelming. She quickly understood what I was looking for and was able to put many pieces together to make a beautiful home! We highly recommend Roughing It In Style for one of a kind pieces and great service!

Beautiful furniture and we really appreciated Kaitlyn’s service. We were at four different furniture stores the day we met her. She has the perfect balance of being helpful but not pushy! Can’t wait for our furniture!
