Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain Service

My service rep, Bacar, did a fantastic job fixing our sump pump that went out the day before we were having a large get together at my house. RR came out the same day and had the project completed in under one hour. Work was done professionally and Bacar was great to work with. Highly recommend!!

Had an emergency situation after hours. Their tech called me back and had me s heduled within the hour. Went right to work clearing the line and gave great information for follow up service needed when we have our tank cleaned out again. I will definitely call them again if needed. Very professional, responsive and quick.

Alex was wonderful, as always. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. John was great also. The cement septic lid looked so very heavy. I'm glad they put it on the tank and hauled away the old lid. I never worry about anything, when I deal with these folks!

We had a great experience with the TC office. They were quick, easy to communicate with, we called in the morning and had service by that afternoon. When our technician, Kyle arrived he was friendly and did a thorough job on inspecting our issue. It was a quick and easy fix. The project was quickly cleaned up and he was on his way. I highly recommend their services.

Zach was great! No one wants septic issues on a Saturday evening, but Zach was right there when we needed him! Came out quickly, and unclogged us in no time. He was upfront and honest about the pricing too, which was awesome! If we need it again in the future, we know who to call!

I have used the Roto-Rooter TC location for decades. They are absolutely fabulous! Kyle and Jack were very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and scheduling. Having a company that has always had top-notch techs is amazing in today’s world!

Jack and John were awesome! Very courteous and professional. Most importantly, they identified the cause of our problems during the smoke test. Once they isolated the p-traps and drains causing the issue, they filled them and solved our problem. We have been frustrated by this for a few years and were dismissed by another company so we are very grateful to these guys, thank you so much.

Jess, who answered my call was helpful and very quick to get me on the schedule. Alex who arrived to do the work was great to work with . He did a great job . I dug up the ends of the drain field and he was able to get the roots out of every pipe . Good and fast service .

Kyle was great and very knowledgeable. Used other services before but they were not nearly as thorough. I previously had it serviced last year by a different company and they missed a huge part that Kyle was able to clear.
