Avery came out the day after Christmas due to my clog that I've been dealing with for a week. He was the kindest gentlemen and very professional. He stayed until he fixed the clog. What a blessing that gentlemen was to me. Thank you Roto-Rooter and especially Avery, that came out. Hands down great service.

The technician was good but getting an invoice is horrible. It's been more than a week and it looks like it will be two weeks before I receive an invoice laying out the work that needs to be done. If you are in a rush and need to submit to insurance maybe take a pass on this company.
