The inspector did a thorough and excellent job inspecting our home, top to bottom, taking copious notes and photographs detailing all the important features, and noting anything that might need attention. The inspection report was well organized, detailed, and easy to read. The added photographs illustrating each item being covered were an added bonus. The Air testing was very valuable because my daughter has asthma. The water quality test stated what was in our drinking water. Our inspector is really nice and easy going, and price is fair. I highly recommend Rose Home Inspection to anyone needing an inspection. The quality of the work, the consideration, and the price.

The Home Inspection Report by Rose Inspection was very thorough and pointed out issues with the property that I might have missed. Julie is a poor communicator. She subs out her radon inspections and basically pushes the paperwork back and forth between you and the radon inspection company. Once she has your money, you will never hear a response from her to any question or concern you may have. She doesn't even so much as change or customize her standard inspection email cover letter. I would not recommend using her services.

Had a great inspection done, very friendly, attention to detail, and a competitive price. Inspected the roof with a drone, and showed me the detailed video (how is that for technology!). And followed up with a great report. Will use again should I ever need an inspector.
