We contacted Rose Home Inspection for a rush LBP inspection; they were able to get us in their schedule. Julie is awesome; easy to understand and she answers all your questions with ease!! Thank you so much for servicing us.

The inspector did a thorough and excellent job inspecting our home, top to bottom, taking copious notes and photographs detailing all the important features, and noting anything that might need attention. The inspection report was well organized, detailed, and easy to read. The added photographs illustrating each item being covered were an added bonus. The Air testing was very valuable because my daughter has asthma. The water quality test stated what was in our drinking water. Our inspector is really nice and easy going, and price is fair. I highly recommend Rose Home Inspection to anyone needing an inspection. The quality of the work, the consideration, and the price.
