Rooter man was great, they got a tech out to jet our pipes the day after I called. Shout out to Angel for being patient with my grandfather while explaining what we needed to do to fix our plumbing too! Got the job done fast and had great customer service =)

I give Rooterman 10 out of 10 stars. I had an emergency plumbing issue and they arrived in 1 hour as promised. Alex was great and fixed the problem, He even shoveled a path to my septic, since I was unable to do that. He knew exactly what to do, he was very professional, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much .

Vinnie is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Dante seems like a nice, hardworking young man. They made quick work of the septic pumping and let me know what they were looking for along the way.

Very very slow running bathroom sink drain was cleared. Now runs easily and stopper works. Rooterman responded within 2 hours. Alex was quick and cleaned up after. Slightly more expensive but quality service. Previously has main sewer line cleared.

Angel was fantastic! Very professional told me the dues in the don’ts of how to keep in the drains in good shape and cleaned up very nicely after the work was done. Will definitely use them again. Great job Angel.

I called Rootman in the morning with my house's sewer backing up issues. Three hours later they showed up. Tommy was extremely professional, first help to locate the septic tank and then identified the issue may be inside the house. After opening up the main clean up and tried shower and toilet drainage, Tommy quick diagnosed where the problem was, and within minutes, the clogs were removed by running snakes through the toilet. I think the solutions were made easier with Rootman's experience. I highly recommend the company.

Had a minor back up because the tank was full. Stupid mistake on my part. I called and they were here within the hour. Great customer service. They explained the system to me and I am signed up for service next year so I won’t make this mistake again. Thank you Dan
