We were referred here after our previous dentist reluctantly informed us that he could no longer provide care for my mom due to Alzheimers diagnosis. He referred us to Roosevelt and we've come here ever since. From day one Denise was very patient in providing care for my mom. What was not possible elsewhere, she facilitated with great care at Roosevelt. So many thanks to Denise for going above and beyond. Also thanks Dr. Fahey, to Jeanette at the front desk, and Ms. Sandra who cared for my mom on our most recent visit (and did a great job, by the way). If you have a loved one who has a cognitive impairment, try Roosevelt Family Dental. Many families give up on Dental Care because they are unaware that a practice like this exists. Or because its just too 'hatd' Don't give up. Roosevelt can help. That should be their slogan...' Roosevelt Can Help!!' Anyway, give them a call and see if they can accommodate your family member's needs. Hope this 'helps' (pun completely intended).

I had an amazing experience from the time I entered until I left. The girl at the front desk super nice(didn't catch her name), Kelsea M the dental hygiene student was extremely helpful with information I needed and the Doc was very understanding. They did exactly what I asked without trying to upset or hassle me on anything else. The price I paid to have a tooth pulled was a little more than I got quoted elsewhere however I didn't mind paying cause of the overall vibe and service.

The staff & Dentist, Dr. Bailee Fahey are the greatest team ever. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. They are always on top of your care. They also send you reminders and have staff call you before due date. The office is very clean! I am giving them a Great Shout Out !!!

Went in for a cleaning and to establish a new dentist because I just moved to the area. Not only did I get reminder calls and texts like 7 times within a 2 week period but they didn't do the cleaning because they wanted to charge me fully out of pocket for a deep cleaning. Because of that they couldn't do more than a polish and a floss pick "cleaning" (yes, you read that correctly. Floss. Pick.). Never saw or spoke to a dentist. When I asked for the billing code they used for the deep cleaning, I was given an invalid code. Called back and they gave me a different one. So, I called my insurance where they told me they never even submitted it to the insurance to review so how did the dental office come to the conclusion of how much was covered? Needless to say, if you don't understand billing and how dental insurance works, be sure they aren't overcharging you! Will not be going back!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The ladies in the front greeted me and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in and eased my anxiousness right away. The doctor and assistant were amazing!!!! I especially loved how the doctor kept talking during the entire process. That definitely helped ease the nerves and I appreciate every single one of the staff for being so sweet and caring. You all are amazing and make a great team.

Minus 10 🌟 The staff is so unprofessional!! I went to get my teeth cleaned. Had to wait 37 minutes pass my appointment time. Had blood pressure checked then opened my mouth and girl just poked my gums. Told her I also needed to have a molar filled. She said she'd be back. She had to go talk to dentist. 43 minutes later 2 other girls showed up. 1 said was everything okay? Okay??? All I've had done is my pressure taken and my mouth looked into. No dentist ever showed up. 2nd girl said that she checked my I insurance and I had to pay $2216 out of pocket. Wait!! I just wanted my teeth cleaned and it's $0. They just stared at one another and said nothing. I got off chair and told them THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!! WASTE OF TIME.WHAT A JOKE!!!

What a great bunch of folks that actually care about your health. Highly recommend and hope to have a few new friends.

Five stars to Hygienist Ms Sandra She was very gentle in cleaning my teeth. I am very happy I will return.
