I called this company for a last minute quote due to a leak in my roof after the bad weather. If you want a completely unreliable service then this is the company for you. I arranged a quote, had written confirmation of the time but they didn’t turn up. When I rang them , I was told they’d phone me back in 5 minutes. I hadn’t heard after an hour so I phoned again and we arranged for that evening. Guess what, they didn’t turn up. Complete disregard for people’s time. If they can’t even sort it out to do a quote , can only imagine what their work must be like. A lucky escape for me I think.

I was booked in for January 14, 2026 at 9am. I woke up early and made arrangements with my work to be home and no one showed up. I tried to call and message and it went to voicemail. It would have been nice to receive a communication instead of being ghosted.

Mark did some amazing work, repairing our gutter at short notice. His communication and customer service was refreshingly great - explaining the problems and his recommendations in a clear way. Would definitely recommend.
