Roofing Services 4 You was called to do a review of roof and sheathing after issues were listed on our buyers inspection report, After the crew arrived and inspected everything inside and out to our relief no issues were found. Olivia was honest, easy to deal with, communicative and prompt!! Great company!!!

⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT use this company! ⚠️ At first, I was happy to support Olivia, a woman roofer, who came across as knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. Shortly after they worked on my porch roof and replaced the beadboard ceiling, the issue not only returned, it came back significantly worse. After bringing in multiple reputable roofing companies and a professional inspector, I learned the truth: this company used the wrong shingles, tied them in incorrectly at the ends, and left the nail lines exposed. This means water was flowing directly under the shingles, an absolutely basic mistake that no competent roofer should ever make. I called and emailed multiple times. Olivia returned my call once, immediately got defensive, and insisted the problem couldn’t possibly be due to her work. She promised to come by that same day to look, she never showed up. Since then, she has completely ignored all further calls and emails. Now, because of their shoddy and negligent work, I am left with a worse problem than I started with and will have to pay even more money to repair the damage they caused. Consider this your warning: This company does not stand behind its work, ignores customers once problems arise, and leaves homeowners footing the bill for their incompetence.
