Roofing Matters was very easy to deal with. Luke was open and honest in his assessment of our roof and provided us with options to deal with the issues. They were prompt in scheduling the repairs. Flair was wonderful in all communication, especially when calling us to discuss an issue that was uncovered when the roof was removed. Roofing Matters Australia of Coffs Harbour has done two large roof sheeting replacement jobs with associated gutters, flashings and downpipes, for me. Great to deal with from first contact to the job completion. excellent response, came prepared to install two skylights if necessary, suggested wait and see how the first goes because the skylights are the latest technology and very efficient. Phoned on Wednesday job finished by 10:20 am Friday. Can not ask for better service. Brenden was our installer and could not ask for better. Photos show the difference. I live in Grafton and after our recent heavy rain I had a small water mark in my ceiling. After ringing around I contacted Roofing Matters Australia. The came out , found the leak and fixed it. While they were up there they found a damaged skylight which I asked them to replace. No problem. They also found a few chipped tiles that were not causing a leak but it would be good maintenance to repair, so they patched them for free. Too easy. Great job. Great service. All round a pleasant bunch of people. I highly recommend them.
