Received a very poor cleaning services and had EXTREMELY HORRIBLE experience with this company in July, no resolution until now.
I wasn't at home when they did this fantastic job, but currently being forced to stay at home to wait for them and to pay $350 for the poor service, lots of damages and severe safety risks they caused as per photos.
I'm very mentally stressed since then and has confirmed by GP that it has been caused by this company.
1. Please see photo 1&2 of my front yard when back home at midnight. Rubbish bins*4 and shelves*2 are scattered around and even sitting on the porch! How rediculas!
They have been everywhere for nearly a month and still on the porch until now! Can anyone accept it???
2. As per photos 3&4, they damaged the shelf. Photos are before and after the driveway cleaning
However, they have denied the damages in the email. Lucky I got the photos before their job.
3.They damaged all no trespassing signs*6 in total, including the signs on the side and front fences.
Anyone understand why they cleaning driveway but to damaged the no trespassing signs? ??Resulted in having no trespassing signs for nearly a month
4. Photo 5 is the severe safety risks they caused! As no trespassing signs everywhere in the front yard, apparently there's severe trespassing happening, right?
They REMOVED my temporary fence and provided neighbour 1 meter width gap*2 for them to trespass.
Anyone knows why they clean driveway but need to remove something even not touching the ground?
If by any reason they have to remove it, why they can't put it back? Imagine, I back home at middle night and urgently had to find handyman to fix the damages this company caused. This is most that can't be accepted! HOW RIDICULOUS!
5.Rest of photos - driveway they left for me after the cleaning, including the photo from the email they sent to me. They came to clean the driveway from "the second window" (which their worker said in the phone call) . Do you think it's cleaned?
6. The construction rubbishes they cleaned are put in my RED BIN!!! Still there.
7. No communication! I appreciated that they tried to accommodate my job in a short notice, however, after 30mins of the schedule time, I called them to ask where are they, no answering. And was advised that they can't show up and have to arrange another date.
Don't accept job of you can't do.as least notify customers that you won't be able to make the time, instead of disappear and waste time
8. The reception/admin lady Sharon, he attitude is extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional.
9. I am quite busy that's why I wasn't at home when they did the job, but now they are forcing me to be at home to wait for someone to pay. What's the attitude!
If they want to solve the issue, I don't understand why they can't drive pass when close and stop for one minute, for example, simply put the scattered 4*bins and 2* shelves back where they were, or just somewhere reasonable, not sitting on the PORCH?!!!
