As a realtor I value a company that shows professionalism, shows up on time, communicates effectively, has clear pricing, and puts a good product on my client’s home. Roof Squad has been great! They sent texts with updates. The workers were professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly my clients were very happy with their work!! I’m glad to have a company that’s been in business a long time that I can always count on to come out and help my clients every time!

Roof Squad did a great job repairing a hole in the roof at my Dad’s house in Houston, TX. They came with all the materials we had discussed and completed the repair work in the same day. Awesome job!

Fuming and seething with anger, I wouldn’t wish the Roof Squad on my worst enemy! Despite their exorbitant prices, we foolishly trusted their supposed reputation for workmanship, quality, and integrity. What a colossal mistake! They were a complete disaster from start to finish! They scheduled my roof replacement on a rainy day, tore off the entire roof, and let it rain into my house. My attic was drenched, and the damage to our ceilings, walls, and floors was catastrophic! When we demanded the supervisor and the quality control guy assess the damage, they did nothing but snap a few pictures and made empty promises. For nearly three weeks, we heard nothing from the company. And when they finally sent someone, all he did was show up with a paint bucket and brush, attempting to cover the damaged Sheetrock. We stopped him, fearing the now evident mold growth. Sure enough, we found mold throughout the damaged areas and had to endure two weeks of displacement for mold remediation. But that’s not even the worst part of our Roof Squad nightmare! The company hired to fix the Sheetrock revealed our roof was poorly installed. Enraged and disgusted, we hired a third-party inspector who discovered numerous issues with our new roof: lumps, dents, spots where we could literally step through the shingle and sheathing, shingles peeling up, incorrectly installed gutter spouts and flashing, sheathing with no nails at all—the list goes on. This is just a fraction of the nightmare we endured with Roof Squad. Their level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is beyond belief! My advice? Stay away from this company at all costs! Spare yourself the misery, headaches, and stress!

They came and did repair on my roof. Jose the roofing consultant was very good and gave me a fair price. He has excellent customer service. Marcela in customer experience management informed us about everything on time. Technician came on time and did a good job. It was pleasant working with them.

I so recommend Roof Squad. There team is so professiomal and kept me inform of all my roofing needs. They made sure that it was a easy process and I didnt have to worry about anything. Bolivar with Roof Squad was referred to me by a friend and he and his squad did not disappoint. We initially tried to claim the hail damage on insurance, but with the age of the roof it was ultimately denied by insurance. Not from lack of trying on Bolivars part. This led to us getting a quote for roof replacement and new gutters on the house and detached garage which we felt was reasonable and decided to use Roof Squad for the job. They delivered exactly what they said they would. Roof was stripped off and replaced in a day, then the gutters were installed the following week with great results. Even had a couple cosmetic issues with some eve boards, were the old gutters were attached and no questions about it they were right back out to fix everything. Definitely hard to find customer service as good as that. Thanks Roof Squad!!
