They were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to accommodate very challenging tenants in my neighbour’s property — no easy task in a duplex! I had my tile roof repointed and painted this month by Shanny and James from Roof S.O.S. - Very professional but also down to earth and friendly service - Great communication in terms of notifying me of when they would come each day + progress and providing photos as they went - Excellent attention to detail and clearly experienced in what they do - Agreed to add in the gutters a downpipes + the carport which has made the final product even better. They also undertook repairs to the gutters and even offered to come back in 6 months to check everything is in good order. This is above and beyond. - Finally - gave me a good competitive price for the work I’m am SO happy with the final product and the overall hassle free service and would recommended these guys to anyone.

I have great experience with James, he did inspect, and provided very good price when I compare with other 4. Lot of people are way too busy and they just over price quote when they don't have time, this is standard practice any trade is doing so it could be anyone. But I am happy with James work.

I contacted Roof SOS because I saw a review that stated they would not use anyone else -- I now wholeheartedly share the same opinion after having my roof repointed and repainted by Shanny and James. My previously sorry-looking roof now looks absolutely fantastic, and beyond that, I can't stress enough how reliable, meticulous, communicative, and responsive Shanny was, while constantly updating me about progress and schedule. My roof restoration was completed in record time, and I was also very lucky that Shanny found a blocked gutter and cleaned it out before it could cause damage.
