Roof Smith

Very disappointed – poor workmanship and no accountability. We built a brand-new home and hired Roof Smith to install our roof. From the start, we had a major leak that went on for over a year. Instead of fixing the actual problem, they kept trying quick, temporary fixes with tar and patchwork. We later found out the flashing was installed incorrectly, and there were holes everywhere. Because of their poor workmanship, the leak ruined our brand-new hardwood floors, and the wall had to be replaced multiple times after repeated water damage. Each time we called them back, they tried to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. After this experience, I would never recommend Roof Smith to anyone. If you’re building or repairing your home, save yourself the stress and find a company that stands behind their work and actually fixes problems instead of covering them up.

I had a great experience with this company. My very old roof needed to be replaced after a hail storm, and I just took a shot in the dark calling Roof Smith. Justin was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. The crew did an awesome job on the installation, and they left my property very clean as well. The final product looks great, and I feel like I’ve had a major upgrade to my house for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
