Roof Pros was excellent. The owner, Cullen, came out personally to meet for the business with a very professional presentation, materials, and a matter of fact friendly pitch. He was not high pressure and not overly sales like. He got the contract to me very quickly that outlined exactly what was being done, at what price, and warranty information. They also provided high quality materials and included a steel solar powered attic fan. The bid was also very competitive. The work was scheduled in a very timely manner on the day I wanted so I could be at home to keep my dog calm. The crew chief, Richard introduced himself the day of, and helped me clear some nails on the tarps they put down when I wanted to take my dog out for a walk. They had a full crew that was super efficient, started at 7 AM sharp, and to my surprise, were done just before 1 PM. Cullen met with me right after to ensure satisfaction and address next steps, and he even helped me adjust the position of my patio bar even though his leg was hurting him. I am very pleased with the Roof Pros, and the entire experience! I highly recommend them. My sister and I manage several properties for our mom, and I can not see why we wouldn’t use Roof Pros again. Do yourself a favor and get a quote!

Noticed a few torn/missing shingles and called Roof Pros on Monday before rain was due that week. Cullen came over right next morning, assessed damage and quoted repairs. He was able to repair the damage the same day! Great service and very professional interactions.

Jacob was wonderful to work with! He answered on a weekend, and then showed up ready to work on Monday morning. He was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and solved our problems. He also went above and beyond and we will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Cullen and crew get it done. - I had Cullen come out to inspect my roof. He identified and documented damage I didn't know was there. After I contacted and scheduled my insurance adjuster, Cullen came out and walked the roof with he & his third-party inspector; all seeing and verifying the same damage. Needless to say, I scheduled Roof Pros as soon as I had approval from insurance. It took only nine days to schedule, have the gutter crew survey, have the roof replaced, and then gutters installed. - The amazing part (commented on by several neighbors) was having the roofing itself removed and installed in only ONE day! Quality materials, quality workmanship, timely action, and excellent customer service. - I would have no reservation using Roof Pros of Boerne again.

Mike and Jacob (owner) not only did they help me with the roof replacement that I needed but they went above and beyond customer service by responding very quickly to replace the roof and in a timely manner, plus the shingles are high quality. Best roofers ever. Arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Excellent customer service. Extra care taken to protect our property by spreading tarps all around the house, covering ac unit, covering the deck and moving any furniture away from the house to avoid any damage. Entire crew worked non stop and no mess left behind. Entire area left clean. Jacob clearly explained all details and was always available. highly recommend
