Roof Pros

I would highly recommend this company for the following reasons: 1) The 17-year-old roof on my house needed to be replaced and Viking was referred from another customer. Within a week of being contacted, the new roof was in place. The price paid was comparable with other trusted well-established companies. 2) There has only been one small weather-related issue which was quickly fixed by Viking within a week of being called. The cost to me was $0 as it was a warranty repair. 3) This past month, my new insurance company required a roof inspection. Again, Viking was able to come out within a week, did the inspection and had the report ready for me. Matt, the inspector, also took extensive pictures and wrote out a very detailed report. This report was approved by the insurance company. 4) The 2 employees I’ve spoken with, Alexa the receptionist and Matt the inspector, have been professional, courteous, trustworthy and informative. They haven't tried to upsell anything and are easy to get in contact with. I’ve even sent text messages after business hours and have gotten responses within an hour. My current home is the 5th fixer-upper home I’ve owned and one of the few times I actually feel like I’ve found an honest and reliable contractor. I have no qualms or reservations about referring Viking to anyone, family and close friends included.

Roof Pros was excellent. The owner, Cullen, came out personally to meet for the business with a very professional presentation, materials, and a matter of fact friendly pitch. He was not high pressure and not overly sales like. He got the contract to me very quickly that outlined exactly what was being done, at what price, and warranty information. They also provided high quality materials and included a steel solar powered attic fan. The bid was also very competitive. The work was scheduled in a very timely manner on the day I wanted so I could be at home to keep my dog calm. The crew chief, Richard introduced himself the day of, and helped me clear some nails on the tarps they put down when I wanted to take my dog out for a walk. They had a full crew that was super efficient, started at 7 AM sharp, and to my surprise, were done just before 1 PM. Cullen met with me right after to ensure satisfaction and address next steps, and he even helped me adjust the position of my patio bar even though his leg was hurting him. I am very pleased with the Roof Pros, and the entire experience! I highly recommend them. My sister and I manage several properties for our mom, and I can not see why we wouldn’t use Roof Pros again. Do yourself a favor and get a quote!
