I had roofmax spray my roof less than a year ago. We had shingles come off and called to have them come back to repair the shingles. Roofmax agent argued, said we're lying., said that he didn't cancel the first appointment( which he did ). He finally came to the house and was threatening my roommate telling him he's lying, and calling his boss lying to her about him. When my roommate said he's recording, the agent started to apologize. DO NOT USE THE. THEY ARE UTTERLY AWEFUL AND DO NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY!

After several email communications over the past 2 weeks I have concluded that Tom and Roof Maxx have some questionable sales tactics. Tom and his company promised to email a quote/proposal but instead made needless vague requests for phone communications without elaborating any specific purpose. A written quote was promised but ultimately never materialized. After repeated purposeless communication I have skepticism over this company's legitimacy! Addendum 07.08.22: After reading the response from the owner I find it remarkable that every email I responded to was for a request for a phone conversation. However, from my first interaction I made it clear that my preference was for email communication ONLY! I did not need any verbal interaction and just wanted a detailed WRITTEN proposal (which was never forth coming). Having been told a quote would be emailed, I find the "response from the owner" ludicrous! After several fruitless email exchanges I came to the conclusion which I stated in this review. Now, having researched the concept of viability of this product I am no longer interested in a roof coating.
