This is a small roof repair we did. The customer started to hear a small drip in his attic, after he checked it out he realized water was coming through his roof. He called us up. We did a thorough inspection and found exactly where the water was coming from. We gave him a couple solutions and he decided to go ahead with a repair. We replaced one sheet of plywood and about three bundles of shingles, this repair came out to be $1500.
