Excellent experience with Ron’s Auto. An unexpected breakdown of my car brought me to Ron’s while traveling from out of state. Ron’s team was able to work on my car immediately, provided me with an estimate before doing the work, and quickly got the job done. Ron’s team explained the issue and gave me a competitive feedback price to fix. I as able to quickly get back on the road. Highly recommend.

As a college girl finding a place to get my car fixed is intimidating and can be challenging. Ron’s popped up with great reviews so I called and they fit me in later that day! Very kind people, took care of my car and did an evaluation on my car, better than basic expectations. At the end he even showed me how to see all the past servicing done on my car that’s been reported. They’ve got a nice environment there and I’ll know where to take my car for fixes from now on!

Great place, nice people. Went in for alignment and instead of doing it when the tires didn’t all sit the same. They suggested I get it done when all tires were the same when getting an alignment. Any other place would’ve Done it no matter what, for the money, these guys have your cars best interest in mind. And above all dosent cost an arm and a leg to get things done. They even offer you a ride if you don’t have one . And don’t mind if you choose to wait on site

Just to clarify, they are over priced however I chose to stay due to their warranty as many places have shorter or no work warranties. They are fast, formative, reliable, honest, and friendly. I had a full transmission replacement done. I had no issues and everything was done over the phone no in person contact till I picked up the car. There was a very small issue when I picked it up and they pulled it in and fixed it right away. I will be going back. Runs like a dealership but acts like a small shop without dealership crap.

They were very nice and sent me a report of how my car is for free. It was easy to use and communication was easy. However, I noticed they got some of my personal information wrong on the order. Since it’s paper, I understand how that could happen.

Had major issues with my car they fit me in there schedule first thing in the morning the next day! They did all the heavy lifting going thru the warranty process and getting ahold of Hyundai of DSM . They got me all the contact information that I needed. Total class act people and business!!! The cleanest Shop and office I’ve seen. Keep up the amazing work! GOD BLESS

Went in for AC repair. Riley worked with the car for about 2 days total. He refreshed the ac, found that the blender had failed and needed to be replaced, got the part within a day, and fixed it the same day. On top of that, he inspected the vehicle and found that it had a broken sway bar. Very low cost additional fix that was swiftly completed. At the end of it all, when billing came, he had noticed I had left in my car the Ron’s auto mail ad which had coupons for the amount of work completed and confirmed with me to apply those discounts (didn’t ask him to, he took that initiative which I appreciate). Overall, Riley was great to work with - kept me informed every step of the way (WITH PICTURES!), and I would 100% use them again if I have an issue. Vehicle was a 2009/8 Honda pilot, incase anyone is curious. Also, provided transportation services in a Hybrid vehicle which the driver (believe his name was Richard?) was happy to answer my questions on. Overall, great experience. Glad I had both gotten the mail ad and was recommended them by a friend. They are worth trying out if you have an issue.

To all concerned. 7/16/25 @ 1:30pm I was traveling from Superior/Duluth. When my F-150 began to shutter violently. I found Ron's on the MAPS app and called to explain our situation. Keith said if we could make it to there shop, they would do immediate diagnostics. We made it to the shop before closing and the crew here went into action diagnosing the issue. They ordered the parts, provided us a free loaner car and directed us to great local accommodations that were extreamly cost effective. Long story short, we were back on the road home in less than 20hrs. Great customer service, great communication on and about the repairs. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. We had a fantastic experience with Ron's Auto Repair Center! We had a wheel bearing and axel failure on our truck with a truck camper installed. They worked on our rig with the camper installed, and Keith was fantastic at communicating what needed to be done and the cost. The entire team was great, and they completed the job very quickly. All in all it was an A plus experience. Thank you to the entire team at Ron's Auto Repair Center!!

Ron's auto repair always does a fantastic job for us. I have been using them for years. Richard, Keith and the crew there are always very transparent and have great communication. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
