I reached out to Shawn to repair my refrigerator in Sioux Falls. He said he could get there the next day. Arrived at the time stated. Had the part shipped in over night and had the refrigerator up and running the next day. Prompt, and very reasonable. I highly recommend his work.

Shawn returned my phone call in a very timely matter. He fixed our refrigerator very quickly. We also had him look at a washing machine and he was honest and said it would be a very costly repair and he did not recommend fixing it. He could've fixed it and not warned us about the expense, but he did and we were very impressed with that.

Called Ron's on a Friday afternoon and Shawn was at my business Monday morning at 8am. Very courteous and knowledgeable. We've got an older Kenmore washer/dryer set and both needed repairs. Shawn got the washer going immediately and came back in the afternoon with the part for the dryer. Great service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

We had a gas clothes dryer that would run but would not heat up. Gave Ron’s a call and left a message. Shon got back with very quickly. We set up an appointment time and Shon checked in ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he quickly figured out the problem and got us back up and running. Shon was on time, understood my problem and got right to work on it. He had my gas stove fixed in no time (just over 1/2 hour) and got me back baking yummy stuff for all of my loved one's. He was professional, yet friendly, and kept costs in mind, saving me a few dollars without compromising quality, which is always good from my point of view. (It was very nice not to feel like I was overcharged.) He also carries parts with him so there was no waiting for my part to be ordered and arrive. I would highly recommend Ron's Appliance Repair to anyone, especially those with a stove problem since that's what I had experience in with them.
