Visiting Dr. Ronoel Penalver was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. He is an outstanding doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the very first appointment, I felt heard and supported. His staff is just as amazing: kind, helpful, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. The level of care and attention they provide is unmatched. I truly recommend Dr. Penalver and his team to anyone looking for top-quality care—you won’t regret it!

This is going to be descriptive but how do you evaluate quality, quantity, professionalism, care and concern with a few words. Several months ago I lost my primary due to closure of the office. As someone who take maintenance drugs, I began to panic on the issue of how to get a new primary that would be as great as the last one without major interruptions in the quality and maintenance of my personal health. I inquired from a number of other doctor’s offices and to no avail I was unable to secure the name of a primary care physician. Therefore, I got busy and began to do lots of research on primary care doctors and I wanted them to have hospital privileges in the Memorial system. I looked at a number of physicians, their credentials, etc. I came across the name of Dr Ronoel Penalver and decided based on his credentials and experience that I would give him a try. I made an appointment and on appointment day. Advised the doctor that I was there to discuss my healthcare maintenance and wanted to actually ask a number of questions, provide background information about my health status and to get a feel for whether or not our personality, my needs, etc. would be a match. As of today, I have had two in office visits and several phone inquires and have found each and everyone to be superb. Dr. Penalver is actually the best that I have ever had as a primary care physician. He is compassionate. He is well rounded in his work. He has tons of concern for the needs of his patient. He is a happy doctor. He discusses your every concern. He spends time talking with you and listening to you. I highly recommend Dr. Penalver as a primary care physician. His office can discuss other services.

Dr. Ronoel Penalvers is an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that I was in for a fantastic experience. His dedication to his patients is truly heartwarming. Interestingly, it was my mother who recommended him to me, and I can't thank her enough for that. The office is buzzing with positive energy, thanks to the delightful George, bubbly Gabby, and the absolutely incredible Daniel. Their customer service? Top-notch! They go above and beyond to make everyone feel like part of the family. It's safe to say, once you experience their care, any other place simply can't compare.

I visited their office for the first time today, and had an wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions, make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. I also appreciated that Dr. Penalver didn't make any assumptions about my weight and was diligent in listening and addressing all my health concerns. I've been looking a long time for a PCP I can feel comfortable with and this definitely seems like it could be the place!

I was looking for a new primary doctor. I was praying that I won’t have to go elsewhere after my first visit. This place is exactly what a doctor office should be. Dr Penalver took the time to explain to my husband everything in a way so he can understand what’s going on. Staff is very welcoming. Doctor Penalver is very caring, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His APRN student was very nice as well. If you are looking for a family practice physician, this is the place to be!

Excellent prompt service. Dr. Penalver is very attentive and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure he had addressed any concerns I had.His staff are also great! Danny was welcoming and super friendly. Got in and out quick with all of my concerns and questions addressed.

Such a lovely office, everytime I come I feel like it is such a trusted and comforting environment. Daniel and Gabriela are the sweetest people, they guide and listen to all your problems. They are quick to find a solution and work at a great pace. The doctor is very understanding and has amazing patience, the office as a whole is the best doctor I have been to. I recommend this doctor heavily and extremely great office.

Dr. Penalver is the best! This is the first time that I have ever felt that a doctor takes the time to truly listen to my concerns or needs as a patient. Every time I go to my appointment Dr. Penalver is always attentive and wants the best for his patients. He truly goes above and beyond. The best part is that he’s kind enough and cares to even ask how my mom is doing because she is also a patient of his. I also want to give a huge shout out to his team. Daniel and his receptionist are so sweet and always follow up appropriately on anything that I need before my visit. I truly feel special and apart of the family when I visit. Thanks again!

Dr. Penalver is caring, understanding, ready to assist and a great family doctor. He takes his time with you making sure that you leave his office at peace. I love that he treats you like a family member. I feel very appreciate and grateful to have him as my primary doctor!

Like always, It was a great experience at the clinic. This time I went to get done some lab work. Dr Penalver is one of the few, he really cares about his patients and listens to them. The whole team including Daniel provide an excellent costumer care. Thank you so much for what you all do.
