I’ve had one Realtor ruin two separate deals in two weeks for my buyers. PLEASE be sure that your agent or Realtor knows when to be strong, when to be nice and that it’s never a good time to just be ugly because in her own words “that’s real estate.” No it isn’t, it’s the sign of a very insecure agent who only knows how to be ugly. Of course the sellers on both of these homes will never know they lost transactions, but you CAN do something to avoid the same situation. So what’s the Pro Tip? Hire the right person. It matters!!!
