I don’t usually leave reviews but when someone does their job the right way I feel it’s worth saying something. Romano’s Appliance Repair showed up when they said they would which already puts them ahead of most companies these days. They took the time to explain what was wrong with the appliance in plain English and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things correctly not just quickly.
The repair was done efficiently everything was tested before they left and the area was left clean. Pricing was fair and straightforward with no surprises which I really appreciate. As a dad and homeowner that’s all I’m looking for. Honest work reliable service and someone I can trust to call again. I’d recommend Romano’s Appliance Repair to any family that wants things fixed right the first time.

Dwight was my service guy. He was punctual, professional, and very informative. I must’ve asked him 10 questions and I never felt like a bother to him. He was happy to address my concerns. I felt like pricing was fair. We are in a hard market to find good, ethical workers and they were not slacking. They are locked in my phone and will be referred to anyone I know looking. I highly recommend Dwight.
