This was our first to Roland Park Rehab and it was pleasant. The receptionist was helpful and the nurses and aides on our friend's floor were kind and patient with our ailing friend. Her food appeared to be well prepared. We will be better able to assess her care as we continue to visit. This is not a luxury place and could use some renovation and repair but we felt it was ok for our friend, a person with limited means.

Roland Park has been a godsend for my sister who has COPD stage 4 with double pneumonia. If it wasn't for this facility taking in my sister she probably would have pass on. You will never find the perfect place but management is always there to listen and to correct any problems that may come up. I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family that needs this type of care. Bravo Roland Park Bravo.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the care, compassion and love that they have shown my grandmother since she came there. The staff is amazing anytime you walk in or out the door you get greeted and the person at the desk always tells you have a nice day and that means a lot because you never know what the person is going through. I recommend this facility to anybody or anybody’s loved one that’s going through some issues because not only were you Getting helped, but your overall sense of life will improve dramatically.

The pictures shown are the first floor entrance are. Administrative area and offices. The second floor where the residents are look nothing like this. The rooms are small and cramped. Generally not the cleanest and the odor is offensive. Not a ideal place to place a loved one. Care is substandard. Nursing care leaves much to be desired. Look into the state surveys of this facility. Keswick and Roland Park Center would be a definite better choice.

My grandmother had a stroke. She’s been there for the past 3 to 5 years and the whole time she’s been there nothing but neglect nothing but me complaining family members complaining no changes up into her stroke. I just talked to the director the owner she was left for 4 hours unattended. after her stroke, I’ve been trying to call to talk to someone to come and get her belongings other family members. The new nursing home has been trying to call in contact no answer. This place needs to be shut down. I will sue them and I will. I don’t care how long it takes. They will get shut down.

Hostile aids and caregivers. Many times nasty. One in particular came in room yelling not to use the buzzer. Well I would like to know how we get assistance without buzzing them. In fact most were extremely slow to answer the buzzer. I was there du to severe injury. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The food is mostly horrible and cheap. Such as baloney sandwich for lunch or dinner. Too many nasty things to mention. AVOID STAYING HERE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I had to ask for help with my mom over three times and no one ever showed up. When leaving there were five employees standing around the desk talking doing nothing. I went back an hour later and my mom was sitting in the same urine and feces. Strong don’t recommend this place at all. The facility is paid too much for an issue as such to be the norm.

this place is horrible from the social work to the nurses to physical therapy . My grandmother has been here since September 9,2025 had one day of therapy and they canceled her. Social work is not helping at all. The food they give them is cold and hard every meal . i wouldn’t let my dog stay here . I sit here and listen to my grandmother and other residents and everyone has the same complaints

My brother is currently (9.07.2025) in this facility. He has fallen out of the bed because the bed has no rails. So, they have my brother sitting in a wheelchair all day to the point he has a sore on his leg from rubbing against the chair. The social worker helped to get a rail bed, but upon arrival the night nurse wouldn't sign the receiving papers when the delivery came (all the way from Virginia) even though she was shown the approval papers from the administrator office. This is not only cruel treatment for my brother's condition, but also a lack of professional common sense, empathy for him and the delivery men who came an extreme distance to fulfill the order. I don't recommend this facility if anyone cares about the treatment of a loved one.

Had a great time congregating with my family at Roland Park Rehabilitation Center. Looks like he’s getting better and I greatly appreciate the time that the employees send with him to make sure that he’s mobile again.
