ROJAS JUNK REMOVAL SERVICES

I had Rojas Junk Removal Services pick up a large load of junk and debris from my home earlier this week. This was the second time I hired them. They're always prompt, courteous and thorough in the work they do. I was quoted a very fair price and I'm extremely satisfied with the work they do. Highly recommended! A+A+A+

Called Aldo in the evening, met the first thing next morning. Was on time, super polite and knowledgeable, and quickly helped to assess how best to tackle a couple different jobs. Would highly recommend.

Super nice guy! Was at my house within 30 minutes of contacting him to haul some stuff to the junk! And very affordable. I highly recommend.

I called to schedule a simple estimate but this person said they like to show up with a trailer and work out a price that “I’m comfortable with.” He also said that the dump charges by weight insinuating that his services would be costly. I am a customer and shopping around for a fair price. I have no desire to get something for nothing. I need an honest company to show up and provide me an estimate I certainly don’t need a lecture on how the business works! It’s trash removal not rocket science! He didn’t seem willing to give me an estimate he just wanted to bully me into hiring him to do the work without checking out other companies. Free estimates seemed like a foreign concept as he explained that is not what he likes to do. He said he likes to just show up with the trailer! Seemed like he runs his business this way so he traps customers with hiring him. No thanks! The owner should be VERY appreciative that I do not post the following text messages he sent me when I refused to move forward with any obligation. Bottom line is yes you run a business and yes they charge at the dump ($40/1000Lbs! Yes I certainly verified the fee) but asking for an estimate does not translate to do this job for free. The owner is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIS RESPONSE APPALLING! Don’t waste your time on this “company” there are other HONEST PEOPLE out there. Good day SIR!

Came and picked up while I was gone super quickly! Communicated easily through text and very affordable. Thank you for handling it for me so I could handle other things and not have to worry about my trash load!

These guys were a God Send !!! Their prices are very good, their work ethic is great and they do a terrific job. What I noticed most, was that they truly seem to enjoy their jobs....which makes a whole lot of difference with the end result.
