I have a 2012 Ram 2500 with a g56 6 speed transmission and a dual disc clutch. I came down to Fort Morgan on vacation hauling my camper. The trip down here was fine. The next day my throw-out bearing started going out in my trans. I looked up some transmission shops and found these guys. I called them and told them what I had and asked to get a new clutch put in. They scheduled for the next day and said it would take about a day to complete, so I’d have it back a few days before we had to go back home. I took it over there and they started working on it. Later that day Dylan called me and said that the adapter plate that’s in my truck (which wasn’t a factory one due to it having a dual disc clutch) would not match up with the new clutch that was going in. He said luckily the clutch that was in my truck was still good, that they could clean it up and replace the throw-out bearing. I was completely fine with that, especially since we’d have to wait a week for a new adapter plate. I also wanted him to replace the fluid and go back with 75/90 full synthetic mystic oil. He said he wasn’t able to find any down here, but that my fluid looked new and wasn’t burnt. I was completely fine with that too since I had just replaced it back in the winter. I just really wanted it to be checked to make sure it wasn’t burnt or anything. I got the truck back and it is quieter than it’s ever been and shifts great! He very easily could have lied and said he replaced the clutch and fluid and not actually done it, but still charge me for it. I’ve seen a few companies do things like that, but not these guys! They are honest and provide quality work! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Now I’ll have peace of mind driving back home!
