Jay was very helpful, made some adjustments to my hearing aids and suggestions about discomfort issues I am experiencing. Above all, he listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly (within the scope of his position as a hearing aid specialist, not an ENT). I would certainly recommend Rogue Hearing.

Having been through many hearing-service providers and multiple brands, I can say that Jay at RH is best. He’s very good at what he does and very responsive to anything that comes up. Now that I've been back months later, Jay has worked to get my domes fitted better. I still think one ear needs a smaller dome. He's very patient with me so I'll see what the next appointment brings. Jay was kind and patient as he explained to me and my husband , who are both elderly , how the newer hearing aids work. As well, he found an affordable way for us to good forward on this journey . We'll definitely be patients here!

My appointment went well. There is a lot to absorb but Jay was very patient and professional. This is my first day wearing the aids and I must admit there is a lot to get use to. I was pleased with the service I received.
