Jay was very helpful, made some adjustments to my hearing aids and suggestions about discomfort issues I am experiencing. Above all, he listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly (within the scope of his position as a hearing aid specialist, not an ENT). I would certainly recommend Rogue Hearing.

Having been through many hearing-service providers and multiple brands, I can say that Jay at RH is best. He’s very good at what he does and very responsive to anything that comes up.
I have recommended him (specifically, a good friend who has had problems with other providers) and will continue to do so.
