Starting with an early morning fundamentals class, you get the opportunity to sweat out toxins and learn every technique used in Muay Thai/ Kickboxing.
Lunch time classes are for All-levels and people of all sizes and ages.
Using all of the techniques in Muay Thai to put combos together and learning to defend as well!
Muay Thai is a high paced cardio workout, try something new this year with a wonderful group of people!
