We are offering a additional Fitness Kickboxing class at 5am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting October 1. If you are looking for a good sweat session early in the morning before work to start your day off right, come try out this class!
You can expect HITT, circuts, kickboxing techniques, heavy bag work, and pad work in all of our Fitness Kickboxing classes.
