I meant to post this last month. I wanted to sincerely thank Roger's Automotive in Woburn last month for helping me out! On Thanksgiving I got a flat. I called other places to help me the day after Thanksgiving and they weren't open. Then I called Roger's Automotive and they answered right away. From the first phone, I could tell this place was different. The man on the phone was so polite and helpful so I took my car there. When I arrived there were 2 women in the office who greeted me so warmly and offered me coffee. I swear they treated me like family. In under an hour my tire was repaired and I was off to work! ! will be taking my car there for other issues in the near future. Prices seem fair and the people were wonderful! Thank you Roger's Automotive!

I was planning to purchase a used car and called the shop at 9 am asking if he could fit me in same day to evaluate a car I hoped to purchase that same day. Sam and his entire team were fantastic. Not only were they ready to put the car on the lift when I pulled up, but they gave it a thorough review, walked me through the photos and inspection report, and ballparked costs for all the needed repairs which were many. Bottom line, they saved me from buying a faulty car! Wise and honest people. I definitely recommend Rogers Auto for all repair needs!

I’m extremely happy with this shop. Every time I bring my car in, they get back to me quickly with what’s wrong, explain everything clearly, and fix it fast. Very communicative, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Have been a customer of Rogers for over 30 years. Even though owners changed hands had the same great experience. Was given an accurate quote, including pictures of my worn breaks, the job was done in a few hours, and the people I spoke with were very nice. I will continue to be a customer!!

The automative mechanics at this establishment provide exceptional service and are highly welcoming. Following unsatisfactory experiences at two other facilities, I entrusted my vehicle to them, initially discovering their services through an inspection receipt. The team, particularly Rogers, offered a positive initial interaction. The vehicle was restored to optimal condition within a few days, performing like new. I confidently recommend their services. They are found in Woburn, so professional.

Rogers charged $144 dollars to put in an air filter which took 15 minutes. $75 for the filter and $74 for the labor for 15 minutes. I will not be going back! Gut the bill to prove it.
