Derek and his team fully renovated our whole house. The process was amazingly well done with excellent communication, accurate budgets and all done on time. The end result is very high quality and we are thrilled with it.

Builders have completed several jobs at our house over the last 4 months, those being; * removing existing cladding and installing James Hardie fibre cement cladding, * improving our metal flashing arrangements, and * undertaking demo and then new construction of our second story balcony. Derek and crew did an awesome job today fixing our leaking deck. It was a tricky job but the guidance and advice Derek provided at quote time enabled us to move forward with confidence. Great preparations and communication in the lead up the work starting. The job was completed in one (big) day to the highest quality finish, with great attention to detail and lots patience to cut and measure multiple times to ensure we got the best results and of course.. no more leaks when it rains. During the selling of my late mother's house a carpentry issue was detected as part of a building inspection. Derek from Roe & Coe Builders was recommended to me and I have been extremely happy with the service. Unlike other experiences I've had over the years with tradies, Derek returned my call promptly, and by the next day he was on site to look at the issue. Throughout the process I was impressed by his knowledge and on top of that he was a lovely person to deal with. I will definitely be using Derek and this company for any future carpentry or building work that I need done.

Derek and the team were outstanding. We engaged Derek to undertake some forced building works due to the condition of the house. The scope included fixing structural issues in 3 bedrooms, garage, and laundry. They also had to fully renovate a bathroom, ensuite, and toilet. This was a stressful time yet Derek and the team were extremely mindful of this. Derek's communication was exceptional, turned up when planned, completed the job before schedule, communicated well when variations required (we knew more would be found after the initial scope was determined), provided a high quality end product, undertook nearly daily check-ins on progress, and employs very good trades with special shout out to Eden, Dillon, and Anthony. Derek is only as good as his team and the team were very very good. I highly recommend Roe & Co to other other person looking for building works and without doubt the best team that we have dealt with.
